Q: Is Connect Coaches a Shuttle Service?

Connect Coaches is not a shuttle service.

We offer group bus transfers for up to 16 Passengers to and from various locations including The Overseas Cruise Terminal, White Bay Cruise Terminal, Central Station, Sydney Domestic and International Airport, and Newcastle Airport.

Whether you are travelling with a small or large group, our comfortable mini buses can accommodate your needs.

Q: How soon should I book my Group Transfer to the Cruise Terminal or Airport ?

Bookings are essential and we recommend that you book with us as early as you possibly can prior to your date of travel. We can accept bookings up to 12 months in advance. We cannot guarantee the availability of seats at any time until your booking is confirmed & payment (either in full or a deposit) has been received by us. If you are travelling during school or public holiday periods, book as early as possible to avoid disappointment as seats do fill very quickly during these times.

Q: Can you accommodate people with wheelchairs?

Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that our vehicles are not equipped to accommodate individuals in wheelchairs. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Q: Do you supply child seats and/or booster seats?

Answer

Connect Coaches offers child seats for Airport and Cruise transfers to ensure the safety and comfort of your little ones. Reserve a child seat in advance through our customer service team. Limited supply, so book early.
