Connect Coaches is committed to providing safe, reliable, and efficient pick up and drop off services for all passengers.
We strive to ensure a positive experience for everyone, and to achieve this, we have outlined our Terms & Conditions below.
Pick Up Service:
Your pick up time may vary depending on the number of passengers we need to pick up and the different locations of these pick ups. For most events and day tours, we will have 2 or 3 vehicles providing this pick up service.
We understand the importance of your time, so we do our best to limit pick up and drop off times to 1 hour.
Prior to the event or day tour, Connect Coaches will contact you a few days in advance to inform you of your pick up time and confirm your pick up location.
We value open communication and will always strive to keep you informed. Please note that Connect Coaches reserves the right to refuse a pick up location if we believe it is not suitable for our vehicles.
In such cases, we may require passengers to meet at a nearby location that is more accessible and ensures the safety of both passengers and our vehicles.
There may be instances where pick up times or locations need to be changed due to weather conditions or cancellations.
We understand that these circumstances are beyond anyone's control, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such situations.
For retirement villages, Connect Coaches reserves the right to nominate a central pick up location that is suitable for both the passengers and our vehicles.
We aim to make the pick up process as convenient as possible for everyone involved.
If a passenger is excessively late and cannot be contacted via phone, Connect Coaches reserves the right to leave the pick up location without the passenger.
We kindly request all passengers to be ready and at their pick up location a few minutes before their allocated pick up time to ensure a smooth and timely departure.
Drop off Service:
Connect Coaches is committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers during drop off.
We reserve the right to choose the drop off route that we believe is in the best interest of all passengers onboard.
This allows us to consider factors such as traffic conditions, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances to ensure a hassle-free drop off experience.
Our goal is to have all passengers dropped off within one hour upon the commencement of their drop off service on the Central Coast.
However, please note that this may vary depending on external factors such as weather, traffic conditions, and/or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Rest assured that we do our utmost to make the drop off process as efficient as possible. At Connect Coaches, we prioritize the safety and comfort of our passengers.
