The journey commences on Monday, August 26th, as we set off on a captivating route heading North. Our first charming stop greets us in the lovely town of Bulladella, where a delightful morning tea experience awaits. Continuing our expedition, we eventually reach the beautiful Port Macquarie, where the lavish Rydges hotel warmly welcomes us. The afternoon grants you the leisure to relax and relish in the amenities at Rydges or to venture out and explore the picturesque town at your own pace. In the evening, a scrumptious two-course dinner is served at Rydges Port Macquarie from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, offering a delightful conclusion to the day's adventures. Day Two, August 27th, commences with a sumptuous hot & cold buffet breakfast at Rydges Port Macquarie. At 8:30 am, we embark on another day of exploration, beginning with an optional strawberry picking stop at Ricardoes Strawberry Farm, followed by a visit to the iconic Slim Dusty Museum in South Kempsey. The afternoon is filled with even more exciting experiences, including a visit to South West Rocks town for an optional lunch (not included in the tour price) and a brief stop at the charming town of Crescent Head. As the day winds down, we return to Rydges Port Macquarie by 4:30 pm, culminating in another delectable two-course dinner at 6:30 pm, where you can savor the flavors of the region and share your day's highlights with fellow travelers. Day Three, August 28th, begins with a delightful hot & cold buffet breakfast at Rydges Port Macquarie from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. By 9:00 am, we depart from our accommodation and head to the Koala Hospital for a heartwarming visit, followed by a peaceful walk along the boardwalk at the Sea Acres Rainforest Centre from 10:45 am to 11:45 am. The afternoon is reserved for a visit to Billabong Zoo, where you can enjoy a scrumptious lunch at the café. We return to Rydges Port Macquarie by 3:30 pm, concluding our unforgettable journey with a final two-course dinner at 6:30 pm, allowing you to reminisce on the cherished memories made throughout your adventure.
