Ensuring the safety and security of everyone is our utmost priority. Before you begin your course, it is highly recommended that you thoroughly complete your criminal record check.

This step is essential as the Road and Maritime Services (RMS) reserves the right to reject your application for bus accreditation if you have a negative history.

Final decisions regarding your application lie with the RMS; however, it is crucial for you to demonstrate that you are a responsible and suitable individual to work with school children and the public.

Your application may be declined if you have been involved in child related sex offences, exhibited violent behavior, received an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO), maintained a poor driving record, or have been convicted of drink driving or drug-related offenses.

We understand that these criteria may seem strict, but they are in place to ensure the well-being and safety of everyone involved.

We encourage you to take the necessary steps to address any issues in your criminal record before commencing the course.

By doing so, you can enhance your chances of successfully obtaining bus accreditation. Remember, we are here to support and guide you throughout this process, so please reach out to us if you have any concerns or questions.

At www.connectcoaches.com.au, we value integrity and transparency, and we believe that a clean criminal record is essential in providing a secure environment for everyone involved. Together, let's work towards a safer and more responsible community.

Complete your medical form before starting the course.

If the doctor doesn't sign your health report, the RMS won't approve your bus authority application.

Click on the link to print the Medical Assessment form and take it to your doctor. When making a booking, let them know it's for a Bus Authority and that you'll need a double appointment.

Expect to pay approximately $120 for the medical at your doctor's office.

Please read the Bus Authority Manual before the course to save time and improve your chances of passing on your first attempt.

The assessment has 100 questions, and you need to answer all of them correctly to pass.

Course at 225 Wells Street in Springfield.
