- Complete their Driver Knowledge Test at Service NSW prior to booking their training or assessment
- Purchase the Competency Based Log Book required for training and assessment from Service NSW prior to booking their course
- Pay for course prior to training or assessment
- Pay for all Service NSW associated costs
- Attend training in a fit & proper mind
- Wear suitable clothing to training (preferably high visable clothing and fully enclosed shoes)
- To not turn up to training under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- To be under the alcohol level of 0.05 at the commencement of and throughout training
- To inform Connect Coaches prior to training of any medical conditions that may affect the applicant's ability to drive
- To inform or notify Connect Coaches of any disabilities prior to training which may affect driving abilities & ability to control a heavy vehicle
- To notify or inform Connect Coaches of any learning difficulties that the applicant may have prior to training that may require extra attention during training
- To provide or purchase their own lunch
- To wear a seatbelt whilst driving or travelling in the vehicle supplied by Connect Coaches
- By enrolling in a training course with Connect Coaches, you are giving Connect Coaches permission to access Roads & Maritime Services website to check or complete the following: Eligibility to complete the enrolled course, To enter the completed Assessment Criteria on the RMS data bas, To enter the Final Assessment result
- To provide Driver's Licence number and Driver's Licence card number to Connect Coaches upon request
- To follow requests or instructions provided by Connect Coaches' trainer on the day
- To not threaten or abuse the trainer or assessor provided by connect Coaches
